Our Founding and Evolution Have Led to Our Values

We have been in this industry since 1996. With our background in Retailing and Marketing we value the history of our parent company, Proforma. Founded in 1978 with the idea of building a network of independent offices working together to build marketing clout and strong supplier relationships. This model proved successful, as Proforma, now in its fourth decade, has grown to a $500 million organization. We have evolved into a Women’s Owned Business that believes in a diverse and inclusive workplace; one that makes everyone, regardless of who they are or what they do for our business, feel equally involved in and supported in all areas of our workplace. The “all areas” part is important. We also believe in making our world a better place which extends to our policy regarding sustainability.
